In his epistle to Rome, Paul unflatteringly describes those who have not seen fit to acknowledge God. Lest anyone reading or hearing the letter should hasten to pass judgment, the Apostle warns that this cannot be done without condemning ourselves. We are surely as much at fault as any of our brothers and sisters. May the Holy Spirit guide us to see our own culpability mirrored in anyone we might judge. And may we be called to repentance and amendment of life.
